Additionally, you will help to improve our manufacturing performance with an emphasis on throughput, schedule stability, and waste reduction.

Machine Operator (all shifts)

  • Setting up machines to start a production cycle
  • Controlling and adjusting machine settings (e.g. speed)
  • Feeding raw material or parts to semi-automated machines

Maintenance Mechanic (entry level to experienced)

  • Strong mechanical and manufacturing experience
  • Driver’s license
  • Ability to walk, stand, and lift heavy objects for an extended amount of time
  • Ability to act competently in emergencies
  • Organized and detail-oriented

Process Technicians

  • Monitor and operate the equipment in accordance with operational instructions
  • Perform inspection, cleaning, and maintenance of the equipment in accordance with operational instructions
  • Maintain Equipment and Batch Logbooks
  • Regular review of the production schedule
  • Strictly follow the internal SOPs and external regulations
  • Strictly following health and safety procedures and protocols
  • Document routine manufacturing processes
  • Report data to senior colleagues
  • Quick and effective diagnosis and troubleshooting of routine or minor problems
  • Awareness of when to involve senior staff in more complex problems

Quality Inspection

Inspeccion de calidad
  • Read blueprints and specifications
  • Monitor operations to ensure that they meet production standards
  • Recommend adjustments to the assembly or production process
  • Inspect, test, or measure materials or products being produced
  • Measure products with rulers, calipers, gauges, or micrometers
  • Accept or reject finished items
  • Remove all products and materials that fail to meet specifications
  • Discuss inspection results with those responsible for products
  • Report inspection and test data
