What’s Involved in Blow Molding Manufacturing?
Creating blow molded products involves manufacturing by which hollow plastic parts are formed and shaped into bottles or containers. What we do next is create a parison, which is a partially shaped mass of molten glass. This is a tube-like piece of plastic with a hole in one end through which compressed air can pass. It is then clamped into a mold and air is blown into it. The air pressure then forces the plastic out to match the mold. After the plastic has cooled down, the hardened mold opens up and drops out.
How We Begin Your Blow Molding Project
Right from the outset, our engineers get involved in an elaborate process in the planning and methodology so that the final stage of production comes out exactly as specified by the customers.
It is important to note that a successful blow molding project starts early on with our highly qualified and experienced engineers. Our engineers will work with your team together with our production, design and marketing staff to ensure that products meet the functional requirements and are manufactured with the top quality material to meet the demands of the customers.
